The villa is located within Blue Haven Bay, a large resort compound with combined 2 kilometres of beautiful beaches, a pitch & putt golf course, a yacht marina as well as numerous sports facilities and dining outlets.

The private swimming pool is directly in front of the covered outdoor terrace. The swimming pool is surrounded by bushes and providing privacy.

The terrace offers beautiful views to plain nature, overlooking the lush green of the golf course and the salt-water lagoon. It includes an outdoor dining table with 6 chairs.

The first floor is a Suite with a generous living room with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, TV set and a guest toilet. Next to the living room is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and indoors dining area.

The master bedroom with king-size bed and hotel-type furniture, and the spacious master bathroom can be found in the rear part of the first floor.

The second floor is host to two bedrooms, which can be reached through an internal staircase from the living room, or also through an outdoor staircase which allows for independent access to these upper floor rooms.
